• T&T Pools LLC, Randolph, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 7 to reduce a $2,000 concrete-and-masonry citation to $500. The company was issued the citation Nov. 30 during a specialty trade job at 10505 Pine Ridge Drive, Mequon.

• Whipple Contractors LLC, Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 23 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Jan. 2 during a framing job at N36 W23471 Oak Hill Road, Pewaukee.
• DS Trim LLC, Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 23 to pay a $1,600 fall-protection citation and reduce a $1,600 ladders citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Jan. 11 during a finish carpentry job at N42 W22815 Beacon Court, Pewaukee.
• Berg & Sons LLC, Elkhorn, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 31 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,500 and a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Aug. 23 during a roofing job at 116 S. Eighth St., Delavan.
