The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will discuss its plans to redesign Highway 83 from Perkins Road to Glacier Pass in Waukesha County at a public meeting March 27.
The highway will be expanded to four lanes, according to a WisDOT news release, and intersections with County E/DE and US Highway 18 will be reconstructed. The project, slated for construction in 2014, will include improving the bridge over Glacial Drumlin State Trail.
The meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Kettle Moraine High School library, 349 N. Oak Crest Drive, Wales.
