The 35,600-square-foot Brown Deer Novak Family Field House at Brown Deer High School, designed by Milwaukee-based Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP, was unveiled recently.

The new field house can seat about 2,000 people, according to a new release, and includes four basketball courts, a 160-meter track, four volleyball courts, eight badminton courts, a climbing wall and pole vault and long jump areas.

The project also included a new fitness center, classrooms, offices and commons.
