• MCL Services LLC, West Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 29 to reduce a $1,200 fall-protection citation to $1,000 and a $1,200 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a roofing job at 4223 Packard Ave., Cudahy.
• Badger Scaffold LLC, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 31 to pay a $2,800 scaffolding citation and to reduce a $2,000 scaffolding-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations July 19 during a specialty trade job at 205 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.
• Schelfhout & DeCleene Masonry LLC, Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 1 to reduce a $1,700 scaffolding citation to $0 and a $1,700 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $850. The company was issued the citations June 27 during a masonry job in De Pere.
• H.J. Smet & Son Construction Inc., Pleasant Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 1 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400 and a $1,200 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $840. The company was issued the citations July 3 during a roofing job at 4514 Taft Road, Kenosha.
• Ver Halen Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 5 to reduce two lead citations, totaling $3,570, to $1,785. The company was issued the citations July 11 during a finishing job at 311 Grant St., De Pere.
• Dell Construction Co. Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 5 to reduce a $1,600 asbestos citation to $1,120. The company was issued the citation July 29 during an industrial building job at 4220 Cardell Road, Eau Claire.
• Krause Excavating Inc., Markesan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 6 to reduce a $2,200 respiratory-protection citation to $0. The company was issued the citation July 25 during a water- and sewer-line job in Arlington.
• Skyline Roof-En Co. LLC, Brownsville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 7 to reduce a $440 abatement-verification citation to $0. The company was issued the citation following a roofing job at 209 Park St., Theresa.
• Solais Siding, Sturtevant, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 7 to pay a $1,600 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection-training citation to $1,000 and two ladders citations, totaling $4,000, to $2,400. The company was issued the citations July 19 during a siding job at 7080 W. Concord Creek Drive, Mequon.
