• The Fence Co. LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 30 to reduce a $2,400 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,440. The company was issued the citation Nov. 21 during a specialty trade job at 3356 N. 84th St., Milwaukee.
• Quality Minded Construction Inc., Waterford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 2 to reduce a $2,040 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0, a $1,734 scaffolding citation to $1,500, a $2,040 scaffolding-training citation to $1,500 and a $1,156 ladders citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Dec. 13 during a masonry job at 2222 W. Ryan Road, Oak Creek.
