Of that money, $410,000 would pay for engineering on projects that could not involve special taxes for surrounding property owners. Those projects include crackfilling and asphalt resurfaces. Engineering on projects that could involve special taxes would cost $1,227,000. Those projects would include replacing sidewalks and repaving streets.
