• Architectural Metals LLC, Verona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 8 to reduce a $3,850 aerial-lifts citation to $2,250 and a $3,850 fall-protection citation to $2,250. The company was issued the citations June 25 during a siding job at 6602 Dominion Drive, Madison.

• Edgar J. Prager & Sons Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 9 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $2,720, to $1,632. The company was issued the citations June 19 during a masonry job at W284 N698 Cherry Lane, Delafield.

• Manufactured Housing Specialties LLC, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 9 to reduce a $2,000 head-protection citation to $1,000 and a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations June 20 during a single-family housing job at W1424 Highway 41, Marinette.

• L and L Custom Exteriors and Construction LLC, Thorp, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 9 to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $1,120. The company was issued the citation June 16 during a roofing job at 603 S. Adams St., Thorp.

• Riverside Electric & Systems LLC, Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 10 to reduce a $1,600 head-protection citation to $1,120 and a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations June 23 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 2836 N. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire.

• Holtger Brothers Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 14 to reduce a $3,825 horizontal-directional-drilling citation to $2,295 and a $2,295 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations June 19 during a power- and communication-line job in Kenosha.

• Asociados Exteriores LLC, Fitchburg, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 14 to dismiss a $2,800 fall-protection citation and a $2,800 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations June 19 during a roofing job at 1110 S. 16th St., Manitowoc.

• J&J Construction, Madison, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on July 15 to dismiss a $5,280 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citation Dec. 6, 2012, during a roofing job at 105 Oxford Lane, Cambridge.

• Benedict Refrigeration Service Inc., Altoona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on July 15 to reduce a $2,800 head-protection citation to $1,680 and a $4,900 fall-protection citation to $2,940. The company was issued the citations June 23 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 2836 N. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire.
