• Cruz Roofing Services, Appleton, must pay a $3,520 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation June 26 during a roofing job at 731 Cleveland St., Neenah.
• 1st Chance Contracting Inc., Green Bay, must pay a $2,800 fall-protection citation, a $2,000 ladders citation and a $400 fall-protection-training citation because the period to contest the violations with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citations June 18 during a framing job at 855 S. Main St., Oconto Falls.
