• OGC Construction LLC, Germantown, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on July 18 to reduce two respiratory-protection citations, totaling $2,400, to $500. The company was issued the citations Aug. 27, 2013, during a residential remodeling job at 3319 W. National Ave., Milwaukee.

• OGC Construction LLC, Germantown, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on July 30 to reduce a $400 asbestos citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Aug. 27, 2013, during a residential remodeling job at 3314 W. Branting Lane, Milwaukee.

• Southern Wisconsin Roofing Co. Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 16 to reduce a $6,160 fall-protection citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation Aug. 12 during a roofing job in Madison.

• Alpine Plumbing Inc., Brookfield, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 2 to reduce a $4,200 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $0. The company was issued the citation April 15 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at N63 W23209 Main St., Sussex.

• Advanced Formliners LLC, Onalaska, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 2 to reduce a $1,600 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,120 and a $1,200 hazard-communication citation to $840. The company was issued the citations Sept. 5 during a structural steel and precast concrete job at 300 Sherry Lynn Lane, Sparta.

• Kain Energy Corp., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 14 to reduce a $2,800 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,540, a $2,800 criteria-for-personal-protective-equipment citation to $1,540 and a $2,800 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $1,540. The company was issued the citations Sept. 25 during an electrical job at 5300 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee.

• Sign Effectz Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 20 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Oct. 1 during a specialty trade job at 340 W. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.

• Advanced Home Builders, Kimberly, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 21 to pay a $400 abatement-verification citation. The company was issued the citation in connection with a single-family housing job in Appleton.

• Schelfhout & DeCleene Masonry Inc., Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 21 to reduce three scaffolding citations, totaling $6,000, to $3,600. The company was issued the citations Sept. 25 during a masonry job at 410 Oak St., Neenah.

• Higher Ground Roofing Inc., Kewaskum, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 22 to reduce a $6,160 fall-protection citation to $4,680 and to pay a $1,320 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 29 during a roofing job at 225 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire.
