MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Bucks owners have added staff to its front office operations and plan to move to a larger administrative space in the city.
The Bucks have hired 40 new sales people, bringing its administrative employees to more than 130. Its operations are currently in separate office space at the Milwaukee Theatre in downtown Milwaukee. The Bucks plan to relocate to a single space at the redeveloped Schlitz Park, the former Schlitz Brewery property just blocks away.
Schlitz Park spans 46 acres and includes Time Warner and Manpower offices, among others.
The Bucks plan to occupy its new office in January. The move comes as the Bucks consider sites for a new arena to replace the aging BMO Harris Bradley Center. A list of sites under consideration include the Milwaukee Theatre property.
