• Thomas Industrial Coatings Inc., Pevely, Mo., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 6 to dismiss a $3,600 safety-training-and-education citation and to reduce a $3,600 criteria-for-personal-protective-equipment citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Oct. 15 during a painting and wall-covering job in Port Washington.

• Krings Construction Inc., Wisconsin Rapids, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 12 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,200 and a $1,600 fall-protection-training citation to $800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 4 during a framing job at 2321 Griffith Ave., Wisconsin Rapids.

• Pinicas Siding & Roofing LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 14 to reduce a $2,800 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $1,400 and a $5,600 scaffolding citation to $2,800. The company was issued the citations June 17 during a siding job at N44 W22925 Beach St., Pewaukee.

• Dean’s Masonry LLC, Prairie du Sac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $4,800, to $3,360. The company was issued the citations Oct. 28 during a masonry job at 211 Cedar St., Sauk City.
