Crews work on the Straz Center modernization and expansion project Thursday on the Carthage College campus in Kenosha. Riley Construction, Kenosha, is overseeing the project, which is in its second phase. The construction works adds 42,000 square feet in additions, as well as remodeling an existing building. It is expected to be completed later this year.
