State’s construction wages up 10.7 percent toward end of last year (UPDATE)

Amid an intense debate over whether the state should continue requiring minimum prevailing wages on public projects, figures have come out showing Wisconsin construction pay went up by 10.7 percent between the fourth quarters of 2013 and 2014.
