Law exempts out-of-state utility workers from taxes, licensing following disasters (UPDATE)

Although Wisconsin's geographical position puts it far out of the reach of hurricanes, memories of 2012's Superstorm Sandy have inspired a new law that will let out-of-state contractors avoid various licensing and tax requirements when they repair utility equipment in response to a disaster.
