‘X’ marks the spot

Catalyst Construction is overseeing much of the project and is tasked with the construction of the 6,600-square-foot, multiuser building that will feature 15,900 square foot of commercial space and three floors of residential space. C.D. Smith Construction is overseeing the construction of a Cermak Fresh Market, which is also part of the 7.72-acre project. The first phase of the project is slated to be complete in the fall.
