ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (AP) — A village board has approved the first phase of the Titletown District development project next to Lambeau Field.
Press-Gazette Media reports the Ashwaubenon Village Board gave its approval on Tuesday, with construction expected to begin before the end of the month. Phase one includes 21 of the project’s 34 acres.
Anchors for the project include a four-star hotel and spa called Lodge Kohler, Hinterland Brewing and Bellin Health sports medicine clinic. The Packers say that once work on the anchors and plaza are underway, the team will work on the rest of the project, including commercial and residential space.
The first phase should be ready by the beginning of the 2017 NFL season.
