Ice from crane falling in downtown Milwaukee

Falling ice from a crane on the Northwestern Mutual project in downtown Milwaukee has streets and sidewalks closed around the construction zone.

Melting ice from the crane began falling around 5 p.m. Friday. A portion of Wisconsin Avenue is closed due to the falling ice.

No construction workers have been injured.
