Listen to this articleMadison-based Stevens Construction continues its work on The Reserve at Mayfair in Wauwatosa on May 25. The roughly 478,000-square-foot, 236-unit, four-story apartment complex is being built for Georgia-based Campbell Capital Group LLC and Atlanta Reality Partners at the former site of Hall Automotive on West North Avenue in Wauwatosa. The project is expected to be done next year.
