Transportation officials eye improvements to Hiawatha rail service

With government officials proposing to spend roughly $150 million to increase the number of trains traveling Amtrak's Hiawatha line between Chicago and Milwaukee, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is asking the public what it thinks about the plans.
