Mount Pleasant, Racine reach deal to pay for $100M worth of utility work for Foxconn

The city of Racine and village of Mount Pleasant reached a deal this week to both reduce local utility fees and build water infrastructure needed for the massive factory that Foxconn Technology Group is building in the village.
