Wanezek named partner at Colliers

Colliers International Wisconsin has named Mike Wanezek a partner at the firm.
Wanezek joined Colliers in 2008 and since then has become one of the top agency brokers in the region, particularly in Milwaukee’s central business district. The projects he has been involved with include the Milwaukee Center, 833 E. Michigan and the new BMO Tower which is under construction.
“Mike is one of the most analytical and strategic advisors I have had the pleasure of working with,” said Lyle Landowski, Chief Operating Officer of Colliers | Wisconsin. “His approach is incredibly thorough, yet he is also down-to-earth and highly personable.
