Dane County budget spends record amount on roads, rebuilds after summer floods (UPDATE)

Dane County's recently passed 2019 budget calls for record spending on roads, $20 million worth of work to the county airport and setting aside more than $14 million to both rebuild infrastructure damaged by flooding this summer and prepare for the next flood.
