PROJECT NAME: Brady & Water

ADDRESS: 1701 N. Water St.

SIZE: The project is to consist eventually of 250 condominium units, spread out among three towers, each with between seven and 12 floors.

ESTIMATED START MONTH: June

DEVELOPER: Wangard Partners, Wauwatosa

ARCHITECT: Rinka, Milwaukee

SIGNIFICANCE OF PROJECT: The first phase of the project is to entail the construction of a tower with as many as 70 condominium units. The structure would stand near the Milwaukee River and have boat slips and boathouses. Two subsequent phases of the project could bring the unit count at the site as high as 250.

The first phase of Brady & Water will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including townhomes and river homes that can be entered from either the street or the riverfront. It will also have a boardwalk connecting to the Milwaukee Riverwalk and green space that’s open to the public.
