Moody’s slaps Racine County with negative outlook over Foxconn fears ahead of bond sale

The credit-rating company Moody's Investors Service has issued a negative outlook for $110 million worth of 20-year bonds that Racine County plans to issue this week, citing ongoing uncertainty about Foxconn Technology Group's development in the county.
