Sen. Johnson criticizes parts of Paycheck Protection Program

Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson is criticizing parts of federal stimulus legislation that provided loans to help companies make payroll and give unemployed workers an extra $600 a week, saying during a call with a construction trade group on Thursday they are policies that would hamper the country's economic recovery from COVID-19.
