We’re looking for virtually any kind of project except single-family residential. Past award-winners have included projects in categories such as: multifamily, affordable housing, senior living, office, retail, primary education, secondary education, tenant improvement, health care, manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure, hospitality, industrial, recreation, public space and public service.
Nominations should include a completed submission form, a detailed description of the project, a full list of project team members, and at least three high-quality completion photos, work-in-progress shots, videos, renderings or other visuals that represent the project.
The cost to nominate a project is $100. The submission deadline is June 30.
Finalists for our annual “Best in Show” project of the year will be judged by a panel of professionals from the local building industry. Projects will be judged on scope of work, challenges and obstacles overcome, budget and schedule considerations, impact on the community and quality.
Winners will be announced during the annual Top Projects awards event, which will take place Sept. 30.
