EPA chief visits Milwaukee to tout lead pipe replacement in infrastructure plan (access required)

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan visited Milwaukee on Tuesday to tout a federal infrastructure plan that he said could help the city replace $800 million worth of lead pipes.
