SIGNIFICANCE OF PROJECT: This is the third apartment project M&R Development has embarked on in Wisconsin since 2020. The company is also the developer of the 42 Hundred on the Lake, a 236-unit apartment building in St. Francis, and Elevate, a 270-unit complex in Madison.

2929 on Mayfair will be within walking distance of the Mayfair shopping center, Wauwatosa West High School and several public parks. It will have studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Most of the units will have balconies. The complex will have a three-story clubhouse and adjoining courtyard with an outdoor pool with a sun shelf and cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, a pickleball court, fire pits and lounge seating. The clubhouse will have an entertainment kitchen, a 24-hour coffee bar, a lounge with an 85-inch television, a club room with a pool table, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a fitness studio and yoga room and a business center with private conference rooms and workstations, among other features. It will also a three-level parking garage with a car wash and charging stations for electric vehicles.
