7 Brew announced on Monday its new location has dropped on-site in Brookfield. A crane lifted the drive-thru coffee stand onto the site at 1010 S. Moorland Road on Saturday.
Photos show crews lifting a small building onto concrete foundation before fixing the roof on top. Coffee stand officials said they plan to open two more Wisconsin locations in 2023.
“7 Brew at its core is about speed, energy and cultivating kindness, and we’re excited to bring this rapidly growing brand to the Milwaukee area and Wisconsin. I grew up in Milwaukee, so it is a full circle moment to bring a great brand and three coffee stands to an area that invested in me. Now, I get to pour that investment back in,” Tommy Pennington, owner-operator for 7 Brew Brookfield, said in a statement.
The coffee stand will officially open in mid-April and each stand will add 50 jobs to the area, officials said.
Arkansas-based 7 Brew operates 41 stands in different southern and southeastern states, a coffee stand spokesperson said. The stand offers more than 20,000 unique drink combinations including shakes, smoothies and teas, officials added.
