J. Jeffers & Co, a Milwaukee based real estate development and investment firm, will be the next multi-year sponsor for Milwaukee World Festival Inc. (Summerfest) and get the company’s name on a hospitality area located at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, Summerfest officials announced Tuesday.
“The Jeffers Terrace” is located inside South Concourse One of the Amphitheater and will be accessible to fans who purchased the new AMPED UP concert upgrades, festival officials said. The upgrade includes private access to Jeffers Terrace, complimentary parking, three complimentary beverages and a one-hour early entry at the private Club Gate.
The new space will offer fans a unique concert experience by repurposing an existing area within the Amphitheater, Milwaukee World Festival CEO Don Smiley said.
“Being able to add J. Jeffers & Co. as a new sponsor is significant to our organization. We want to thank Josh, Megan and the team at J. Jeffers & Co. for their continued commitment to the community with this new sponsorship. It will allow us to offer our fans a unique concert experience by repurposing an existing area within the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, while continuing to maintain the world-class amenities at Henry Maier Festival Park,” Smiley said in a statement.
Founder and CEO of J. Jeffers & Co. Josh Jeffers said his company’s mission was predicated on preserving and reimagining iconic buildings in Milwaukee.
“When my wife, Megan and I founded J. Jeffers & Co. 11 years ago, our company’s mission was predicated on preserving and reimagining Milwaukee’s most iconic buildings, as well as finding ways to enhance the communities within our hometown. We are honored to extend that commitment to include support of Summerfest, an event that positively impacts the community, along with expanding the amenities within the American Family Insurance Amphitheater,” Jeffers said in a statement.
