Brookfield-based electrical contractor Lemberg announced Tuesday it hired Leo Buser as the next organization controller.

“As Lemberg celebrates its 95th year serving Southeastern Wisconsin, we are excited to welcome Leo to our team of professionals. Leo brings a focus of continual improvement and strategic focus in addition to financial background and support. He also brings many unique qualities to our team, including his experience working with contractors like Lemberg, and I’m confident his leadership of our finance department will reinforce the stability, reliability, and financial guidance our customers expect and deserve,” Lemberg CEO Tim Scheid said in a statement.

Buser has a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, is a certified public accountant and is a certified construction industry financial planner.

“Lemberg’s longstanding history as a respected, experienced, and quality contractor across multiple different business segments were all aspects of why I was drawn to this new role,” Buser said in a statement.
