Hoffman completes AZCO headquarters and Harbor Lofts in the Fox Valley

Hoffman Construction on Thursday announced it would add 14 apartments in Menasha and modern offices for an Appleton industrial contractor, completing two projects in Fox Valley.

The contractor completed a corporate headquarters for Appleton-based AZCO, a full-service industrial contractor, and the Harbor Lofts at 130 Main Street in downtown Menasha.

The new AZCO facility includes 30,900 square feet of remodeled office space including 12 private offices, 10 conference rooms, space for 120 cubicles, a board room with sound suppression and an employee fitness area, Hoffman officials said. Construction started in July of 2022 and ended this month.

The Harbor Lofts was converted from a three-story office building to a mixed-use facility, including first-floor commercial space, Hoffman officials said. The first tenants moved into the space on April 1. Construction began in May of 2022 and the 32,500-square-foot building is owned by Appleton-based Dark Horse Development.

“The AZCO and Harbor Lofts projects are a great representation of our thriving Fox Valley. Businesses moving and expanding their properties along with new, modern living options to call home are exciting projects to see in our community,” Hoffman president Sam Statz said in a statement.
