THE BLUEPRINT:
After an influx of work in Northeast Wisconsin, a Madison-based general contractor will open a new satellite office in Appleton.
Stevens Construction Corp. on Tuesday announced it will move into a 3,000-square-foot office at 47 Park Place, Suite 850, in the Park Place Business Park in Appleton. The office will open in April 2026 after renovations are completed, officials said.
“Creating quality spaces where people can live, work and play drives us as a company,” said Mark Rudnicki, president and CEO of Stevens Construction Corp. “Establishing a new office in Northeast Wisconsin strengthens our connections to the region and enhances our ability to support the communities we serve.”
Stevens’ business development efforts in the region will be led by Brian Olesen, P.E., LEED AP, officials said. Olsen has more than 25 years of experience working with customers and 10 years of experience in business development. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering and geology, they added.

Stevens Construction Corp. is working on several projects in Northeast Wisconsin, including The Promenade in Ashwaubenon, a housing development for older adults, NOVA Apartments in Green Bay, developed by Milwaukee-based New Land Enterprises, and Mill on Main in Oshkosh.
In November 2024, Stevens announced it would move its principal office to 10 Terrace Court in Madison. After renovations, the office accommodates around 80 employees.
