Wisconsin Sen. Fred Risser, Rep. Mark Pocan discuss Building Commission boycott

Wisconsin Sen. Fred Risser, D-Madison, and Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Madison, on Wednesday boycotted a meeting of the state Building Commission, saying it wasn’t open to the public because Capitol security stopped letting people inside. In the video above, Risser, left, and Pocan explain their boycott.
