Insurer’s lawsuit seeks to recover payments over claims that KPH stiffed subcontractors

Liberty Mutual is suing the Milwaukee contractor KPH Construction and various affiliated companies over allegations that it has been exposed to more than $3 million worth of liabilities after those businesses failed to pay more than two dozen contractors employed on KPH jobs.
