Wisconsin sees increase in home sales during off-months

A new report shows home sales in Wisconsin hit a record high between December and February, which are typically off-months.

The southeastern Wisconsin village that will be the location of Foxconn Technology Group's massive manufacturing complex is offering local homeowners 140 percent of fair market value for their property and landowners $50,000 per acre.

A healthy growth in November home sales puts 2018 in position to easily set a record year in home sales, according to a report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
