The Common Council’s Milwaukee Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee on Tuesday voted to hold plans for the seven-story, 156-room hotel in “Block 3” of the Deer District.

Construction unions said they’re ready to build Moxy Milwaukee Hotel after plans were slimmed. The hotel’s developer said they are exploring a project labor agreement.
