A Milwaukee city alderman has asked the Milwaukee County executive to help kill a streetcar project by shifting $52.7 million in federal money away from the $64 million proposal.
The Wisconsin Public Service Commission did not rule Thursday on who would have to pay more than $50 million to move underground utility lines that lie in the path of a proposed streetcar in downtown Milwaukee.
