Groups call for SBE change in Milwaukee (access required)

A construction trade group and a chamber of commerce are calling for the elimination of disadvantage requirements in Milwaukee's Small Business Enterprise program. But the city's Office of Small Business Development and several aldermen said that the requirements are needed to ensure contractors who live within the city can get work.
