Atmosphere Madison is a transformative student housing project located on a previously underutilized lot near the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Once home to a train depot and later a surface parking lot, the site now supports a vibrant 12-story, 460,603-square-foot structure that provides 341 apartment units and 681 beds, along with parking for 331 vehicles and 500 bicycles.
