• Daryl Ristow Roofing LLC, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 6 to reduce a $2,295 fall-protection citation to $1,606.50. The company was issued the citation Dec. 29 during a roofing job at 1631 Meade Ave., Appleton.

• Waunakee Remodeling Inc., Waunakee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 18 to reduce a $6,160 fall-protection citation to $4,312, a $3,080 fall-protection-training citation to $2,156 and a $3,080 ladders citation to $2,156. The company was issued the citations Dec. 27 during a roofing job at 5201 Burnett Drive, Madison.

• Home Specialists Inc., Mukwonago, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 18 to pay a $4,200 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $0 and a $3,000 ladders citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Dec. 28 during a residential remodeling job at 1240 S. Moorland Road, Brookfield.

• American Pavement Solutions Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 20 to reduce a $1,800 material-handling-equipment citation to $1,260 and a $3,600 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $2,520. The company was issued the citations Jan. 5 during a specialty trade job at 1455 Gruber Road, Green Bay.

• National Rock and Sculpture Inc., Wausau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 24 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $525. The company was issued the citation Dec. 29 during a masonry job at 1400 Great Wolf Drive, Wisconsin Dells.

• Oakwood General Contracting, Stevens Point, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 24 to reduce a $1,800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $720, a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $1,440 and a $3,600 fall-protection-training citation to $1,440. The company was issued the citations Dec. 29 during a residential remodeling job at 6617 Gettysburg Drive, Madison.

• Infinity Exteriors LLC, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 25 to reduce three asbestos citations, totaling $14,700, to $4,900 and three hazard-communication citations, totaling $6,300, to $0. The company was issued the citations Jan. 7 during a roofing job at 836 N. 63rd St., Wauwatosa.

• Magill Construction Co. Inc., Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 25 to reduce a $5,390 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $5,000. The company was issued the citation Jan. 6 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 6881 S. 51st St., Franklin.

• Rodolfo Carrillo, Lancaster, Texas, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 26 to reduce a $7,700 fall-protection citation to $2,200. The company was issued the citation Jan. 6 during a roofing job at 1440 Oneida Ave., Appleton.

• Superior Exteriors and Interiors LLC, Waukesha, paid a $6,600 fall-protection citation Jan. 27. The company was issued the citation Dec. 15 during a roofing job at 723 Main St., Neenah.

• JKL Roofing Inc., Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 28 to reduce two asbestos citations, totaling $1,600, to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during a roofing job at 246 Fifth St., West Bend.

• Bay Custom Roofing and Siding Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 31 to pay a $200 fall-protection-training citation and to reduce a $16,500 eye-and-face-protection citation to $8,150 and a $16,500 fall-protection citation to $8,250. The company was issued the citations Jan. 6 during a roofing job in Appleton.

• Gary Brown Roofing and Siding Corp., McFarland, will reach a formal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 18 to reduce a $2,500 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation Sept. 27 during a roofing job at 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison.
