Cardinal Capital Management Inc., Milwaukee, and Milwaukee County Supervisor will hold a public information meeting Tuesday to discuss proposed renovations to the Marian Center for Nonprofits’ Loretto Hall in St. Francis that would create 44 apartment units.

Eleven of those units would be reserved for tenants with developmental disabilities, and Cardinal Capital plans to apply for federal low-income tax credits to help pay for the $10 million project.

Carol Keen, asset manager, said Cardinal Capital President Erich Schwenker, as well as development team members and representatives from the project’s architect, will attend the meeting. Haas said he called the meeting in response to concerns from neighbors that information wasn’t forthcoming about the project.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the South Shore Park Pavilion, 2900 S. Shore Drive, Milwaukee.
