PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: Green Bay-based Pomp’s Tire Service will move forward with construction of a new 24,500-square-foot tire service center, warehouse and office near DeForest.
The facility will support company operations while it moves from a leased location, located on the northwest intersection of County Highway I and Gene St. The new facility will be built just north of the leased location.
Kaukauna-based Keller, Inc. will deliver the project through the design-build process. The firm is supporting the project through the municipal approval process.
Construction is expected to begin in the summer and is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.
Pomp’s has more than 100 tire and road service locations across the U.S.
