Mitchell Interchange
This massive, $350 million project impressed The Daily Reporter’s panel of industry judges with its complexity, scope and positive impact on the community. “To take a major artery in Wisconsin and minimize disruption is truly remarkable,” said judge Jeffrey Beiriger, president of Association/Management Services Inc. Judge John Mielke, president of Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin Inc., noted the project “was the most complex part of the largest transportation project in the state’s history.”
