• Lunda Construction Co., Black River Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 8 to reduce a $5,000 cranes-and-derricks-hoisting-personnel citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation Oct. 16 during a highway, street and bridge job in West Bend.
• Eric Flores, Goodrich, Mich., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,200, a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $0, a $2,800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0, a $2,000 rigging-equipment-for-material-handling citation to $1,000 and a $2,800 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation to $1,200. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,200 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations Oct. 16 during a framing job at 4002 52nd St., Kenosha.

The company was issued the citations Oct. 29 during a roofing job at 1846 River Lakes Road S., Oconomowoc.
• Quality Roofing, Delavan, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 19 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,680. The company was issued the citation Nov. 5 during a residential remodeling job at 501 S. Sixth St., Delavan.
