The buildings, along with related renovations to other county buildings, fall in line with the Columbia County Facilities vision statement outlined by the Ad Hoc Building Committee.
The expansion nearly doubles the size of Findorff’s office and accommodates more than 150 people. It was also accomplished during the company’s major milestone of its 125th anniversary.
State officials plan to meet with representatives of four development teams the week of Dec. 15 to discuss their plans to rebuild the state office building that now houses the Wisconsin Department of Transportation on Madison’s west side.
The Yards is the third phase of Findorff Yards, a 266-unit residential community consisting of the Historic Tobacco Lofts Apartments, SEVEN27 and The Yards.
