• August Winter & Sons Inc., Appleton, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 10 to dismiss a $2,754 requirements-for--protective-systems citation. The company was issued the citation Aug. 13 during a , heating and job in Oshkosh.

• Tek Roofing Co., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 18 to reduce a $1,700 fall-protection citation to $1,020. The company was issued the citation Jan. 23 during a roofing job at 1700 Park Ave., Eau Claire.

• JP Keller Construction LLC, Waunakee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Feb. 19 to reduce a $1,760 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,232, a $3,080 fall-protection citation to $2,156 and a $3,080 fall-protection-training citation to $2,156. The company was issued the citations Jan. 23 during a framing job in .
