• Radtke Contractors Inc., Winneconne, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 19 to reduce a $4,900 fall-protection citation to $3,430. The company was issued the citation July 25 during a highway, street and bridge job in Taylor Lane in Grand View.

• Cudahy Roofing & Supply Inc., Cudahy, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 21 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citation Aug. 7 during a roofing job at 18300 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield.

• Sen Flaven Construction, Hartford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 21 to reduce a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation Aug. 7 during a roofing job at 200 E. Park Ave., Waukesha.

• All Secure Roofing LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 25 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,540. The company was issued the citation July 31 during a roofing job at N44 W22888 Bridge St., Pewaukee.

• Vidmar Roofing Inc., New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 26 to reduce an $11,000 fall-protection citation to $6,050. The company was issued the citation Aug. 8 during a roofing job at 1339 W. Granada St., Milwaukee.

• Kulp’s of Stratford LLC, Stratford, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 28 to reduce a $1,530 fall-protection citation to $1,071. The company was issued the citation Aug. 15 during a roofing job at 1007 E. First St., Merrill.

• Fox Structures Inc., Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 2 to reduce a $3,850 scaffolding citation to $2,695 and to dismiss a $5,390 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation. The company was issued the citations Aug. 8 during a structural steel and precast concrete job at 11405 County Road F, Newton.

• Schuette Metals Inc., Wausau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 5 to reduce a $3,500 general-requirements-for-all-machines citation to $2,450. The company was issued the citation Aug. 11 during a specialty trade job in Wausau.
