La Crosse firm buys East Side Milwaukee multifamily building for $8.25 million

A 34-unit apartment building in Milwaukee’s Lower East Side neighborhood has been sold.

La Crosse-based Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC, bought Sage on Prospect, located at 1825 N. Prospect Ave., from Milwaukee-based Dominion Properties for $8.25 million, according to commercial real estate firm CBRE.

Dominion Properties led the renovation of a former assisted living facility and added two floors with balconies. The building also earned the market’s only LEED Platinum certification. The project was recognized in The Daily Reporter’s Top Projects of 2016.

The apartment building was built around 1961, according to city records. It was renovated in 2016 and features one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Amenities include walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, balconies and patios, granite countertops, a fitness center, dry cleaning services, heated garage parking, stainless steel appliances, fireplaces in select units, solar panels, EV charging stations, a compost system and a recycling chute for residents.

Sean Beuche, Matson Holbrook, Gretchen Richards and Patrick Gallagher of the team represented the seller.

In January, Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions bought Beláy Apartments in Milwaukee from Mandel Group for $12.2 million.
