Kelmann Restoration relocating to Milwaukee’s northwest side

A -based restoration contractor will move into the northwest side of Milwaukee.

Kelmann Restoration officials said the new facility at 7865 N. 85th St. will help bring its metro area operation under one roof. Kelmann and other restoration companies have been in high demand after heavy rain in August 2025 and another bout in April, which flooded intersections in different parts of . The new facility will accommodate 135 workers and add amenities for employees, such as a gym and lunchroom.

The new location will consolidate locations in Wauwatosa, New Berlin and West Allis, said Adam Nelson, general manager at Kelmann.

The current Kelmann headquarters is at 12001 W. Dearbourn Ave. in Wauwatosa. The company also has locations in Sheboygan and the Madison area.

This will be the next Kelmann headquarters. The move will put the company in a position for future expansion and service to the rest of the state, Nelson said.

The new facility will also be home to affiliates Kelmann Homes, Badger Remediation and the Kelmann Cares Foundation, he added.

Kelmann had a 20,000-square-foot warehouse expansion built and connected to the existing building. The project began in August 2025 and is expected to be completed in July.

The company will also have 200 parking stalls paved for its team and fleet.

The company expects to move in late summer or early fall.

Founded in 1973, offers full-service disaster cleanup and property restoration.
